Nikon z7ii Camera...

The first thing I did when she arrived at my home was to find my trusted companion, Archie. Archie is our eight year old Pug. And his favorite thing to do is to curl up on his blanket which he literally drags around the house wherever he goes.

My new camera came with a moderate lens. Not the highest end lens and not the least expensive model for it's size, this lens lands squarely in the middle. I was able to capture the sweetness of my pup with nothing but window light -- and I think it turned out beautifully. 

Working with a mirrorless camera allows me to see in real time the small changes I make to the controls of the camera so I'm better able to capture what it is I'm actually seeing through the view finder. The colors are richer, the timing is spot on, and the magic is undeniable!
